Wellness Services

  • Personalized

Do you have a persistent health concern that you would like to address? We specialize in helping people who have already run the gambit of “western” medicine and are ready to find a more natural approach to their wellness using intuitive methods and your body’s electromagnetic field.

  • Targeted

Every person is different, and so we anticipate each session to be tailor made. We focus on addressing the root causes through listening, observation, and the formulation of remedies specific to the person and their body chemistry. Sound healing can be tailored to each person’s energetic makeup.

  • Integrative

As holistic healers, we believe that optimal wellness goes beyond diet and exercise. It is our daily routines that define our health, which includes our daily mental habits. We offer spiritual and emotional coaching in addition to somatic sound medicine to those who are seeking support in these normally “unseen” areas of our health.

Are you ready to begin your healing journey?

“Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matTer of opportunity.”

Principles of Wellness

What is True Wellness?

Wellness is maximum health potential. It is a holistic philosophy and active lifestyle that doesn't wait for something to go wrong before you do something about it.

Wellness goes beyond the absence of symptoms and works toward achieving maximum potential and prevention of health problems.

Finally, true wellness encompasses all three aspects of a person:

Body
Mind
Spirit

Seven Principles of Wellness:

1. Wellness is holistic. Rather than focusing on symptoms, it is important to integrate body, mind, and spirit as one whole person.

2. The self is the only true healer. Health professionals can only help facilitate the healing process. It is your body, mind, and spirit that do all the healing.

3. Wellness is your responsibility. Look at each illness as a lesson in achieving wellness rather than blaming yourself. Take credit for feeling good.

4. Positivity is empowerment. Negative thinking strips you of power and control whereas positive thinking empowers you with answers, control, and the way out of illness and problems. All things are composed of equal amounts of positive and negative aspects. In everything is a blessing!

5. Wellness is an active process. Do not wait for good health to happen or be dependent on someone else to fix your problems. You must be actively involved in your health in order to achieve wellness. It is important to ask and learn from your health care provider.

6. Wellness is outcome-oriented. Do not become trapped by focusing on problems. As soon as you identify a problem, put your energy into the solutions.

7. Prevention eliminates the need for treatment. It takes very little time, money, and energy to prevent problems. Truly, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
